Love
We love Jesus, and we love each other as a family of believers — united by the agape love of God, and eager to welcome others to experience the love of Christ for themselves.
No. 3 — Our Mission
That single sentence is our mission. Three words describe how we live it out together: love, living, and learning.
We love Jesus, and we love each other as a family of believers — united by the agape love of God, and eager to welcome others to experience the love of Christ for themselves.
We live by the transforming truth of Jesus Christ through the Holy Spirit, sharing healing hope with those who are hurting — building real relationships through discipleship, prayer, worship, and service.
We study the Scriptures to know the character of God and who He says we are, discovering the gifts and passions He has given each of us for His kingdom, and learning from one another about His love, grace, and mercy.
“'Tis grace hath brought me safe thus far, and grace will lead me home.”Amazing Grace · John Newton, 1779 · Tune: New Britain
The mission, in practice
We gather to worship, study, and serve — building intentional relationships through discipleship and evangelism, and keeping an active life of prayer at the center of it all.
The best way to understand the mission is to stand inside it on a Sunday morning.
